Platform Overview

eCourtDate is a cloud-based communications platform designed for courts, prosecutors, public defenders, probation departments, and other public safety agencies. It enables organizations to reach defendants, victims, witnesses, jurors, and staff through a unified, omnichannel messaging system while providing tools for case management, payment processing, and data integration.

Prerequisites

Before you begin integrating with eCourtDate, make sure you have the following:

  1. Agency Access -- Your organization must have an active eCourtDate account. If your agency does not yet have access, contact help@ecourtdate.com to get started.
  2. Console Account -- Each user who will configure or manage eCourtDate needs a login to the eCourtDate Console. Console credentials are provided during agency onboarding.
