eCourtDate is a cloud-based communications platform designed for courts, prosecutors, public defenders, probation departments, and other public safety agencies. Prerequisites

- Agency Access -- Your organization must have an active eCourtDate account. If your agency does not yet have access, contact help@ecourtdate.com to get started.
- Console Account -- Each user who will configure or manage eCourtDate needs a login to the eCourtDate Console. Console credentials are provided during agency onboarding.
