eCourtDate Console
The eCourtDate Console is the central management dashboard for your agency. Use it to configure every aspect of your eCourtDate account — from messaging and data imports to API credentials, domain settings, and third-party integrations.

Dashboards
The Dashboards section provides analytics and reporting across your agencies.
- Datapoints by Agency — View summary metrics grouped by individual agency.
- Datapoints by Region — View aggregated metrics grouped by region.
- Datapoints by Location — View event metrics grouped by location.
- Filtering — Filter by date range, agency, datapoint type, and grouping.
- Export — Download dashboard data as CSV or JSON.
Agencies
Manage your agency accounts and their configurations.
- Agency Settings — Update agency name, reference, region, status, and send mode.
- Users — View and manage users attached to the agency, including roles and permissions.
- Phones — Configure agency phone numbers with gateway assignments.
- Email Addresses — Manage agency email addresses for outbound communication.
- Locations — Define physical locations with addresses for events and notifications.
- Identity Providers — Configure SSO and authentication providers for your agency.
Users
Manage user accounts and their agency associations.
- User Profiles — View and edit user information including email, name, and phone.
- Agency Roles — Assign users to agencies with specific roles and permissions.
- Activity Tracking — Monitor user login activity and last active timestamps.
APIs
Create and manage API client credentials for server-to-server integrations.
- Client Credentials — Create API clients with a Client ID and Client Secret.
- Token Management — Generate, view, and revoke bearer tokens.
- Agency Assignment — Link API clients to one or more agencies.

SFTPs
Set up and monitor SFTP server connections for automated file transfers.
- Server Connections — Configure SFTP, FTPS, or S3-compatible connections with host, port, username, and authentication credentials.
- SSH Keys — Generate, store, and manage SSH key pairs for secure authentication.
- File Operations — Browse remote directories, upload and download files, create directories, and delete files.
- SFTP Profiles — Define source directories, keyword filters, and upload template mappings.
- Auto-Sync — Enable automatic hourly file retrieval and processing.

Domains
Register and verify custom email domains for branded communication.
- Domain Registration — Add custom domains and alias domains (ecase.io, courtdashboards.com, ecourtpayment.com).
- DNS Records — Auto-generated TXT, SPF, DMARC, DKIM (CNAME), MX, and Mail-From records.
- Verification — Verify domain ownership and check DNS propagation status.
- DKIM — Enable DomainKeys Identified Mail for email authentication.
- Activation — Activate verified domains for use in outbound messaging.

Webhooks
Configure outbound webhooks to receive real-time event notifications in your systems.
- Endpoints — Register webhook URLs with event channel subscriptions (outbound/inbound texts, emails, calls, and chats).
- Security — Generate shared secret keys for HMAC signature validation.
- Payload Formats — Choose between JSON, Slack, or Microsoft Teams formats.
- Testing — Send test payloads to verify endpoint connectivity.
- Delivery Logs — Query webhook delivery history, filter by success or failure, and retry failed deliveries individually or in bulk.

Gateways
Configure the communication gateways that deliver messages to recipients.
- Phone Gateways — Connect SMS and voice providers (Twilio, Telnyx, Bandwidth).
- Email Gateways — Configure email delivery through Amazon SES or custom SMTP servers.
- Metrics — View gateway performance statistics including send, bounce, complaint, delivery, and reject rates.
- Logs — Download and filter gateway delivery logs.

Identity Providers (IDPs)
Configure custom identity providers for agency-specific authentication.
- Supported Providers — Auth0, Azure AD (Entra ID), Google Workspace, Microsoft, and custom OAuth2-compliant providers.
- Configuration — Set client ID, client secret, authorization URL, token URL, scopes, and audience.
- Health Checks — Test IDP connectivity and validate configuration.
- Role Mapping — Assign roles to users authenticating through specific identity providers.

Integrations
Connect eCourtDate with third-party case management and data systems.
- Supported Systems — Tyler Tech Odyssey (multiple versions), NetData, Workday, and ReportBeam.
- Data Mappings — Map external data models (cases, payments, contacts, events, clients) to eCourtDate resources.
- Sync Configuration — Set API credentials, endpoints, and sync frequency.
Logs
Access and analyze system activity logs for debugging and auditing.
- API Logs — View request and response logs for API activity.
- Search — Filter logs by content, user, agency, and date range.
- IP Geolocation — View geographic information for request source IPs.
Tools
Administrative utilities for managing agency data and configuration.
- Message Sync — Resync messages for future or past events and payments with the latest flow settings.
- Message Management — Validate, resend, delay, or delete scheduled and simulated messages.
- Copy Settings — Copy configuration (flows, auto messages, upload templates, locations, portals, forms, and more) from one agency to another.
Onboarding
Track the onboarding lifecycle for new agencies.
- Phase Tracking — Monitor agencies through Evaluating, Planning, Implementation, Testing, Training, and Go Live phases.
- Status Management — Track onboarding status (pending, active, paused, canceled, complete).
- Notes — Add and review comments throughout the onboarding process.
Regions
The Console supports multi-region deployments. Resources are scoped to the region where your agency is provisioned:
