Technical support is available to registered eCourtDate users who have admin access to the Console. If you don't have an account, contact your agency's eCourtDate administrator.
Get Help
To request help, create a support ticket in the Console: sign in, click the Help button in the bottom-right corner, and complete the Create a Ticket form (Region, Agency, Feature, and a Description). The page you are on is attached automatically, and you can follow updates under My Tickets in the same panel.
In the description, include:
- Description of the issue or question
- The product area or integration type (e.g., API, SFTP, webhooks, SSO, portals, payments)
- Error messages or screenshots, if applicable
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Environment (staging or production) and region

Never share API secrets, SSH private keys, OAuth client secrets, or webhook shared secrets in support tickets.
