Technical support is available to registered eCourtDate users who have admin access to the Console. If you don't have an account, contact your agency's eCourtDate administrator.

When contacting support, include:

  • Description of the issue or question
  • The product area or integration type (e.g., API, SFTP, webhooks, SSO, portals, payments)
  • Error messages or screenshots, if applicable
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Environment (staging or production) and region

Never share API secrets, SSH private keys, OAuth client secrets, or webhook shared secrets in support tickets.
