AI Integration
eCourtDate uses AI across the platform to power chatbots, voice assistants, tone analysis, risk assessments, and document intelligence. Every AI feature is built with agency control and transparency in mind: you choose the model, control the data, and decide how much automation to allow.
Multi-Modal Chatbots
Text, email, push, and web chatbots that answer questions, provide self-help information, and handle routine inquiries 24/7. Chatbots are configurable per agency and can be customized to reflect your organization's terminology and workflows.
Supported channels:
- SMS / text message
- Web chat widgets
- Push notifications
Voice and Call Chatbots
AI-powered voice assistants for inbound and outbound calls. Voice chatbots handle IVR flows, answer common questions, and route callers to the right department when human assistance is needed.
Tone Analysis
Automated analysis of message tone and sentiment for inbound and outbound communications. Tone analysis helps agencies flag responses that may need attention, such as messages indicating distress, frustration, or urgency.
Risk Assessments
AI-assisted risk scoring for pretrial and supervision use cases. Risk assessments support structured decision-making by analyzing available data and surfacing relevant factors for review by authorized staff.
Agents
AI Agents are under active development and will be available in a future release.
AI agents that can offload repetitive tasks such as case processing, data validation, and record updates. Agents operate under configurable rules and require human approval for sensitive actions.
Supported Model Providers
eCourtDate supports only reputable, leading AI model providers.
| Provider | Notes |
|---|---|
| OpenAI | GPT model family |
| Anthropic | Claude model family |
| Gemini model family | |
| AWS Bedrock | GovCloud-compatible; multiple model families |
